			<description><![CDATA[<p>I haven&#x27;t really got into making any type of prediction for the NC Pick 4 yet, but I will. I&#x27;l do some more research and review on it and shortly afterwards, I&#x27;ll start to make my move in that direction picking numbers. I hope my learning curve won&#x27;t be as bad for the pick 4 as it was for the pick 3 game.<br /><br /></p>]]></description>
