It doesn't have to be a 100 million dollar Pick6 lotto...This is kind of crazy but since a Pick6 is 2 united Pick3 you can make it where a person must match/predict 2 horse races in a row...1 horse race with 10 horses running and only 3 win do this twice and is a Pick6...And the other races following those are the 3rd, 4th, 5th or more prizes...

I AM JUST OPINIONATING HERE:

Most diseases can be cured if the disease is detected on time...How can they be detected? through CT scans MRI scans and other scans so i heard...But what's the problem? That this scans cost too much to buy and thus is a high price on people to undergo scanning and since they cost too much doctors do not prescribe it that often...I've heard that scans can detect any disease if taken the scan on time, again so i heard...So i was wondering...

What if the USA government or a large number of people each chip in and sets 2 trillions of dollars aside, let the earned interest at: 9% which should be 90 billion dollars coming their way every single year and with those 90 billion dollars every year they buy MRI's and CT scans....The MRI's and CT's scans will belong to the government...SO, after the government packs every hospital and clinic of the USA with those scans, the government with those 90 billion dollars a year, pays people to take every 6 month an MRI's or CT's scan or whatever scan...This way people will want to go to the hospital and get their scan and this way hundreds of thousands if not million of people will be helped in the USA every year...Remember this is not a monthly salary is just every 6 months or every 3 month: let's say: $40 to go and visit the clinic/hospital near you and detect whatever you get early and this way erradicate it/fight it...

Dude just remember, Cancer is projected to be the leading cause of death worldwide in the comming years...

Also take 20 billion of the 90 billion a year will go towards researching ways to create smarter and efficient and perfect Scans...
