Dude this is WHY i want the the Lotto to be replaced that's why i want "several different level Stock Markets" something accessible to anybody....You know the state lottery? I got confused from reading the articles that i wrote...But i am going to say this, something i thought about and the tv show in plain sight reminded me...We need to allocate how i dont know but we need to allocate 1.67 trillion place it in the bank at: 9% and the 150 billion dollars coming your way every single year let it go towards "CHEMISTRY RESEARCH"....And you will need to take: 1.67 trillion dollars place it in the bank at: 9% and the 150 billion dollars coming your way every single year let it go towards "Microorganism biochemistry, molecular biology & Toxins manipulations"[all one field]....Why? because i dont know if this is true but supposedly a small sample of botox which is a bacteria can emit so many toxins into the air that it could kill all of us in matter of i dont know days...So i was thinking manipulate or genetically create a bacteria to emit a particular gas that will change the atmosphere of a planet....With time more money will be set aside for it...The only problem is that this experiments are dangerous, very dangerous...... We could take 75 billion a year from the women and 75 billion from the elderly call it their contribution and it will go towards: Microorganism research...It will be: 150 billion dollars every single year forever going towards microorganims research beat the crap out of the CDC...Dude i know is not fair and you shouldn't be taking money from the elderly and women but ask yourself the question...Is it worth 20 women winner the death of 50,000 men and women, every 20 women winner is equivalent to: 50,000 women and men dead...So i feel we should do that...And dude it was only: $10 out of every paycheck for 8 or 10 or 12 years...You know something else i was thinking all the women of the world could do? each chip in: $1 every paycheck for a 2 years and with the money create: STOCK MARKETS ONLY FOR WOMEN IN EVERY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD, plus they will have the $225 billion dollars as lotto for them...But you should create a Lotto Stock Market not a regular stock market...Listen a Lotto Stock Market is easier, no i dont mean a Lotto that is used as a stock Market, i mean a mixture of the Stock Market with a mixture of the Lotto but that is easier i am talking take a little of the Stock Market Mix it up with the Lotto or Pick4 [permutation games] and see what comes out...You know something else you can create? A Volunteering Stock Exchange how could i forget it...
