			<description><![CDATA[<p>It seems to amaze me how retailers from certain stores all over seem to win all the time,lotterys wont comment on this other than to say that they follow all state and federal laws,either the same people are very lucky or their might be something sinister brewing,either way no one can prove any wrong doing,however if their is eventually it will be bought to light.<br /><br /></p>]]></description>
