i'm refering to how the places you buy your numbers from is close out numbers so you can't buy them because the think they numbers are going to fall.

i'm talking about buying numbers from the web stores and they closed of certain numbers so you can't buy them,eg,555,and 320 and a number like 123 what is colder than ice.
