			<description><![CDATA[<p>How about a lottery that require that people cant play more than 3 tickets or more than 2 tickets...And scratchoffs are allowed only the one that cost: $2 or no more than $5....Since you are so concerned with not letting Alabamians waste their money...<br /><br />How about instead of $10 scratchoff or $5 dollars scratchoffs you give them Pick4 games that cost: $5 or $10 per ticket but is 5 times more easier than Pick4 or 10 times more easier than Pick4 and pays the same amount prize as Pick4...Let it cost no more than $10...<br /><br />Then you let the lottery revenue go towards: College Graduate School Hope Scholarship...Where someone has to have a 2.7 GPA...And with the rest of the money let the state use it for its own benefit for whatever it will need...That way future scientist will go and study other stuff...<br /><br />VERY FUNNY... lol...<br /><br />... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="/blogentry/35516">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
