The system involves using all states and Canadian Pick 3 Midday and Evening drawings.

There a total of 35 BOXED VTRAC combinations.

111 222 333 444 555

112 113 114 115 224

144 244 155 255 355

455 122 133 233 225

334 335 445 223 344

123 124 125 135 145

245 345 134 234 235

Notice there are 5 Triples, 20 Doubles, and 10 No-Match.

If you sort this list of BOXED VTRACS you will notice that there are 15 Boxed Combinations that begin with the VTRAC #1 in the 1st Position and there are 15 Combinations that begin with the VTRAC # 5 in the 3rd Position.

It is fair to say that VTRAC #1 should hit every 2.5 drawings and the VTRAC #5 should hit every 2.5 drawings. Any state with a skip of more than 2 we need to watch.

What if we were to track each state and look for the following:

VTRAC # 1 in the 1st Position that has a current skip of 3 or more drawings.

VTRAC # 5 in the 3rd Position that has a current skip of 3 or more drawings.

This would be the list of States that would qualify for Friday 8/26/05:

Midday

VTRAC # 1

Delaware (3 skips)

Missouri (3 skips)

Tr-state (3 skips)

VTRAC # 5

Ohio (5 skips) ***

Virginia (3)

So out of 19 possible states , 3 states qualify for VTRAC #1 and 2 states Qualify for VTRAC #5.

-------------------------------

Evening

VTRAC # 1

Kansas (4 skips)

Ontario (4 skips)

VTRAC # 5

Florida (3 skips)

Idaho (3 skips)

Louisiana (6 skips) *****

West Virginia (4 skips)

---------------------------------------

Out of 39 possible states, 2 states qualify for VTRAC #1 and 4 states qualify for VTRAC #5.

So I believe this tells us that most states follow the norm.

The bottom line is we are looking for the VTRAC #1 or digits 0 and 5
