The positional combos in column C in th above image show the HITS in column B and the Current Skips in column D and last 15 Skips starting in column F

The 111 is highighted in yellow. This would indicate the 1st digit of each position (Cell CH, CI, and CJ) in cell CD, CE, and CF columns of the NeighborCalc Tab

I also circled the top hits of 10 for 122 and 223
