			<description><![CDATA[<p>The image below is from the Pick3Neighbors Excel file and the Tab labeled PositionalStraightSkipChart (3rd Tab)<br /><br />The calculations from the above chart are taken from the NeighborCalc Tab Cell column CL (starting in column 20)<br /><br />The positional combos in column C in th above image show the HITS in column B and the Current Skips in column D and last 15 Skips starting in column F<br /><br />The 111 is highighted in yellow.
