			<description><![CDATA[<p>&#x3c;br /&#x3e;Thanks for the comment.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;&#x3c;br /&#x3e;I&#x27;ll not suggest this prez hasn&#x27;t made his mistakes and done some ill-deeds.  I&#x27;m sure he has.  But you have to keep in mind that he&#x27;s just choo-chooing down a track that was created a long time ago, a track that&#x27;s been followed by every prez since WWII.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;&#x3c;br /&#x3e;The unconstitutional powers of the prez we take for granted today were provided to allow President Roosevelt enough elbow room to conduct WWII.
