			<description><![CDATA[<p>you know those fans that fan breeze on you...Dont know if they exist or not...Well have you seen the fans that are stationary/static and have like blinds (if that s how you pronounce them), well guess what the blinds dont move they are just standing there i think they move like a clock...But what if the blinds moved up and down, half of them up the othe half down...lol...Or what if you let half the blinds move like a clock and have another blind move half of it up and the other half down...<br /><br />Normally the fan is too small to fan a complete person, yet if the blinds of the fan are moving downwards and upwards i say it will fan a complete person...<br /><br />i know they got fans that can fan a complete person but the small ones can not while if you do what i say it will surely fan a complete person...<br /><br />thought about it after i saw a commercial with a ordinary fan with blinds on it...<br /><br />how i know this? because of cars, when you put on the air in your car you move the small circular blinds and the air goes upwards...<br /><br />... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="/blogentry/37568">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
