How, take Powerball off...It leaves a state with Pick3, Pick4, Pick5, and Pick6...Money for education will still go on without Powerball...The state lottery gets most of its money from Pick3 and Pick4 anyways...

Every game has its: FANS...How many people in a particular state play the lottery on a consistent basis...Not that many...When people play: Pick3 or Pick4 they play less than: $5 (how often a week they play is the key), i think they play twice a day, anyways, $5 x 4 weeks = $20...I will say that the amount of people in the particular state that play pick3 and pick4 or just the lottery on a consistent basis is less than: 12% of the population of that state...If 50% of the population of that state mandatorily as in a tax was to pay: $20 a month like in a tax it will be like: $600 million, a lot of states get that much: $500 million from the lottery (if 2.5 million people each chip in: $20 a month it will be: $600 million)...But this mean that NOT EVERYONE will get into college, not everyone will get a college degree...They will have to go to a draft...But doing this you could lower the GPA point average to get the HOPE to: 2.5...

This also means that not every state will have it...

... [ More ]
