			<description><![CDATA[<p>(a system that you can take to the bank) Knowledge isn&#x27;t worth nothing if you don&#x27;t have the wisdom. Wisdom is all of the other stuff.  It is how to use your knowledge to win.  I know from experience. Though perception you will recognize fraud (if that is a valid point), though planning, discipline and money management you will know when to change and through rational behavior you will know when to quit.
