I was winning often and sometimes 2times a day. Only a few times did I win in VA Pick 4 and Pick 3 day and night. I never win in NC, I was excited about supporting my state but I can count the times I have won in NC on one hand, also I have never won over 80.00. Have anyone else experienced the same thing?
