The courts better be willing to go on for a very long time then! Because of every elected person in DC. took an oath with the phrase " So Help You God!" And so does every witness on a witness stand! If the phrase "Under God" in our pledge of allegiance is rule Unconstitutional, that would mean each and every elected official that took that oath (including all armed forces) are in violation of our Constitution! And then if they are in violation, doesn't that make the election null and void? And doesn't it make Our Armed Forces in violation also? And to top it off just think of all those witnesses on the stand that took that oath that convicted someone of the crime they were charged with! If it's ruled Unconstitutional this country will be in such turmoil it will be destroyed! You might call it another revolution!... [ More ]
