I've got BEST UPS 1.5KVa's. From Best UPS, they are from the late 80's early 90's built like brick houses. They have a resonant tank circuit that syncs the incoming line voltage to its output. You literally cannot see a change in the output on an oscilloscope if you pull the power on it. The company was based in Wakesau?, Wisconsin, I went up there to the production facility to get the low down when we were selling them with our legacy systems.

Well, now that the network problems are done and we just installed 1 of 2 UPS for our servers, we have a second one on order.

For those of you who don't know, a UPS is an acronym for Uninterruptable Power Supply, not United Parcel Service.

We actually have a total for 3 right now, but 2 of the 3 were being used for my Programming System and my Son's Gaming System.

We have 2 other servers working for the www.jadexcode.com website and 2 others for everyday use.

Last year we had bought 4 barebones pc's, installed an os, added components and software bit-by-bit.

It seems to be working very well for our needs.

Now that needs to be finished is the last of one bedrooms and the downstairs bathroom, then we can move on to the Gaming-Pool-Bar Room.

We'll be starting the bedroom project this weekend.

I've already got the wall studs up, then I need to finish some of the floor work, reroute some electrical, install some recessed lighting, and put up the drywall.
