However, someone else pointed out that the decrease in the lump sum simply reflects a decrease in the number of PB tickets being sold since the addition of the two balls. Which, duh, makes sense. Sometimes I can't see the dang forest (of simple, plausible explanations) for the trees (of insomnia-induced suspicion).
