Original Blog Entry: Could this Burn More Calories When Walking...

I owe this idea to i think was a governor of a particular province in Honduras, his name was: Garcia...He was promoting a walk from 1 province to the next and behind him was a very dark guy think he was black or mix he was wearing a school book bag and he gave me an idea...

What if everytime that walks long distances they ask people to wear a book bag with some heavy stuff on it the person i would think would burn more calories....And ontop of that he wears an ankle weight...Like long walks...I would think that you will burn: 30% or 40% more calories...And what if they wear a somewhat heavy vest like a bullet proof vest with that but not a bullet proof vest...

I owe this idea to Channel TVN channel 96 of Honduras...

i think the book bag was dark green....

i heard something like: Diganle a esos governadores.....cant remember the rest i was so excited about the idea that i didnt get a chance to pick up the rest....
