I think the guy has been feeding him (look how fat he is) but has stopped so he can make this video. Poor baby just wants some yummy food.

Watch at 1:06, when the guy makes a noise and the squirrel comes real close shortly thereafter and starts making noises....lol

I watched it and it appears to me the squirrel seen its image reflection in the window. Doing a teritorial thing to the mirror image.
