			<description><![CDATA[<p>CYA.  Conjecture and opinion are the seeds of frivolous legal possibilties.&#xa0; &#xa0;I personally think they could not have seen that coming but it looks like it was the system that powers the shutdown of the well head.  Either it failed miserably or the batteries weren&#x27;t maintained regularly or on schedule.  UPS&#x27;s for eg. are useless if the batteries are dead or at a low charge level.</p>]]></description>
