Not a bad idea...You know how they can be predictions websites and how: 4,000 people can each pay: $10 a month for predictions numbers and how: 4,000 x $10 a month = $40,000 x 12 month = $480,000, almost: $500,000...if is: $15 x 40,000 = $720,000 a year...

What if you sign an agreement and make the people who subscribe to your company sign an agreement where they can not release the pre-test numbers they can only use it for personal use, kind of like movies you can buy a movie but you can not copied it or alter it and sell it to someone else not with authorization the same is with merchandize...

So, what if you get: 4,000 members each paying you: $15 per month to know your particular state pre-test and post test numbers...It will be: $720,000 a year out of those you make: $50,000 a year and the lottery stays with the: $670,000, almost: $700,000 a year that the state will stay with...But everyone who gets them can not release them to a third party otherwise they are put in jail...

Now that s almost: $700,000 going to the state lottery times the number of dealers like you, suppose there is 6 dealers like you in that state: That will be:

$700,000 x 6 = 4.2 million a year going to the particular state...You could charge: $20 a month and it will be close to: 6 million dollars going to the state and you will make: $50,000 a year....

And that s $20 a month PER GAME...And if they see it getting off hand they can stop it any time....

Texas does it and you dont see nothing going wrong with Texas...

if you was to have: 8,000 members paying: $20 a month for the pretest drawings it will be: almost 12 million dollars per state...If you combined all the states it will be: 1.1 Billion dollars that you will be contributing....Out of the 30 Billion that the USA lottery Industry makes, every year: 1 billion will come from the bussiness of pre-tests....

Remember that s 1 billion per 1 game (pick3) if they choose Pick4, it will be: 2.2 billion a year...Meaning...Out of the 30 Billion that the USA lottery Industry makes, every year: 2 billion will come from the bussiness of pre-tests numbers....
