What if they came included in the price of each home of a subdivision that you buy, for your teenager (like for Summer)....

Also cars have to go a certain speed in residential areas...

What if they create a highway: JUST FOR SCOOTERS, that connects everything in a city (like for teens)...(For Small Landsized Countries)....

What if they make it out of wood and put a thing film of plastic over it so that when rain hits it, it scurries away or drips away...You DO KNOW they are making cars out of wood in the future...
