<br />Another twist to the same subject of fakes, there have been local news stories about people becoming seriously infected from having manicures, pedicures, etc., due to improperly cleaned implements. Guess if someone has to walk a red carpet somewhere fakes are ok for those who have to keep up appearances.

They had a thing where newborns were dying and they found out nurses with fake fingernails were the culprits. E. Coli loves fake fingernails. ever since then I shy away from eating food that someone with fakes has prepared.

Thanks JAP! Looks like it but amazing how many other outbreaks could be prevented by hand washing and just plain common sense.
