Professor Dolph on the internet says that all 5 winning numbers are present in the last 12 draws. He says that each 12 drawings has a different character. He calls it "cycles". Some groups of 12 may give you 3 5/5 winners. Some 12 cycles may give you 8 5/5 winners. 3/5 from the most frequent 14 in 100 draws...plus 21 comes up again.

2/5 Out of the last 100 draws 13-14-21 are within the 7 least frequent numbers.
