But the best thing to do is to create a: Chemistry Lotto, a Chemistry Game better than a roullette game, ect game...I chose the roulette so that it picks up steam quickly [you are introducing a new game], plus look who you are talking to: You are talking to other countries...A Chemistry Game or Biochemistry Game will had been the best, THE BEST EVER for both blogs, but not just that but you can talk and talk i dont have the last word nor do you....

This depends, if you want to have a: 1 Billion dollar lotto once a year or 2 Powerballs like the USA with the same Payouts as the: USA and growing just the same way as the: USA all the time...Howyou could do it????

You Canada have: 33 Millionpeople...You need to partner up with a country that has: 40 Millionpeople...They are:

Poland, Argentina, Kenya, Tanzania,Colombia, Ukraine, South Africa, South Korea, and Burma, Spain, with the state of California (but the ticket will cost: $5 instead of $4) or California and 3 more states, or with the USA SOUTH, or with the state of Texas Florida, or the State of Texas Florida and 3 more states, or Florida New York or to include Australia Florida (the thing is that you have plenty to choose from)....Just 1 of them...It will make: 70 to 75 Million people...

And this lotto will occur once a year if is a: 1 Billion dollar lotto, OR Just like: Powerball but 2 Powerballs...How it will work???

USA Powerball reaches: $300 Million every 4 months (just 1 Powerball andis not even all states)....that s almost 1 Billion every year..

The USA HAS 300 million people...And Powerball cost: $1...

If you had: 75 Million people you could have the same thing the USA HAS....The only difference is thatthe ticket will cost: $4....for 300 Million divided by: 4 = 75 Million people...And when someone wins he will receive: 50% and you the 2 countries will stay with: 50% out of every dollar...And he would not be taxed unless you want to tax him...So if he wins: 60 Million all: 60 Millions are for him/her and he doesnt have to pay taxes unless you want to tax him....Remember something in the USA Powerball if the jackpot is: 60 Million the state Already took its: 50% then the 60 Million gets Taxed but probably you will not be doing that or it will depend on the country...

However i said Powerball but if you want to use another game besides Powerball like a: Roullette Game or BlackJack, or Bingo Game you are welcome...Which i think you should....Just give it the name of a Gem or a Precious Stone...
