Things slowly got bad over a long period of time and so long as people could tolerate it they didn't move for fear of rocking the boat making it worse. Well we see where that got us being herded like good obedient sheeple becoming immersed in sports, who's doing who this week and other trivial hogwash so we'd look the other way.
