To the Countries of: Uruguay(3.5), Nicaragua(5.8), Honduras(7.7), Paraguay(6.9), Jamaica(2.3), Puerto Rico(4), Cuba(11.4), Ecuador(14), Panama(3.3), Costa Rica(4.2), El Salvador(7), Guatemala(13), Haiti(9.2), Dominica Republic(9.5), Bolivia(9.3)....

Is up to you if you want to add: Suriname, Guyanas, French Guianas and Hawaii which i think you should...The population of the 15 countries i mentioned is: 111.1 Million [They are 15 countries].....If you add: Suriname, Guyanas, French Guianas and Hawaii it will be: 113.8...[they will be: 19 countries]...

Something i forgot is that the population of the USA states with: Powerball MegaMillions is: 217 Million people and not 300 Million...

This depends, if you want to have a: 1 Billion dollar lotto once a year or 2 Powerballs like the USA with the same Payouts as the: USA and growing just the same way as the: USA all the time...However, if you have the 2 Powerballs/MegaMillions it will not grow to $300 Million but the limit will be: either: $100 Million or $50 Million...Is better: $50 Million that way there will be more jackpots per year (A LOT OF THEM and you will have 2)...(i dont know how come i didnt think of it before)....It makes the game more exciting and you DO KNOW that because of the price of stuffs in your country is not that high that: $100 Million in the USA is like: $200 Million in your respective countries...(dont know how come i didnt see that either before)...Going 2 stuffs now that i missed on the previous blogs...The cost of living in the USA is one of the highest in the world...

And you create the: AMERICAS SMALL LANDSIZED COUNTRIES POWERBALL MEGAMILLIONS...

217 Million people divided by 4 = 54.25 Million you all population will be of: 114 Million twice the amount..

And this lotto will occur once a year if is a: 1 Billion dollar lotto, OR Just like: Powerball but 2 Powerballs...How it will work???

USA Powerball reaches: $300 Million every 4 months (just 1 Powerball and is not even all states)....that s almost 1 Billion every year..

The USA states with Powerball MegaMillions is of 217 million people...And Powerball cost: $1...

If you had: 54.3 Million people you could have the same thing the USA HAS....The only difference is that the ticket will cost: $4....for 217 Million divided by: 4 = 54.3 Million people (You will have twice that so you will have: 3 Powerballs, the jackpot will start at: $12 or $15 Million and grow until it reaches: $50 Million...And when someone wins he will receive: 50% and you the 3 countries will stay with: 50% out of every dollar...And he would not be taxed unless you want to tax him...So if he wins: 60 Million all: 60 Millions are for him/her and he doesnt have to pay taxes unless you want to tax him....Remember something in the USA Powerball if the jackpot is: 60 Million the state Already took its: 50% then the 60 Million gets Taxed but probably you will not be doing that or it will depend on the country...

However i said Powerball but if you want to use another game besides Powerball like a: Roullette Game or BlackJack, or Bingo Game you are welcome...Which i think you should....Just give it the name of a Gem or a Precious Stone or the name of a fruit or the chemical name of water: H20...
