What if you are the one that is insane? Would you even know it? Probably not.

The one can be more than just one person, maybe a group of people. It's like the collective becoming conscious of itself in more ways than it is aware of. This might even be a whole society of people, but if the whole society is going insane, how would it know?

Maybe the thing most needed is the one that appears crazy to the other one to shed light on those things that seem relatively normal to those of the collectively insane. A window in to the mind of a view most of the collective cannot see.

Playing on an old saying about that tree in the forest and the sound it makes. If a crazy one screams in the forest, does any one listen?
