			<description><![CDATA[<p>I agree with both of you.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;Have you heard? Mass legislature has passed a bill waiting for the governors signature. Mass wants to do away with the electoral college. Winner of the national population vote takes all electorial votes in Mass no matter how Mass voters voted. Cute huh. The article said other states are considerng the bill.&#x3c;br /&#x3e;Hows that hope and change going</p>]]></description>
