my youngest sister, remember when i told you she was in bed for like 2 weeks where she could not get up, with including fever...Here i was talking to her and i just remember the following....

she is very thin and i had recomended her to wear the ankle weights...She told me she wore it for like 1 month every day, everywhere she went....And i thought, that s what probably caused her to: be in bed were she could not move her legs, sick...

I also remember something, i could not remember...Remember when i told you i had lost: 50 or 55 pounds...

I did it running on the park with the: ANKLE WEIGHTS ON...I only did it for 2 1/2 months...Actually it was: 1 month and 3 weeks...Ran for 10 minutes 3 different times of the day, 3 times a week...There is a field close by by where i live...

That s why those ankle weights need to be regulated and calibrated...

And my youngest sister told me she was planing to continue wearing it i had to tell her to dump it, and she is too skinny already....

sorry i could not remember...

My youngest sister told me she found it odd that she will: sweat all day long and she wasnt doing exercise....

You might read this and say: Whao...Guys you can cure all of the world s diseases, yet the mental conditions the sinful thoughts are still there and is what is stabbing this planet...
