			<description><![CDATA[<p>I think it is at the National Archives.  The best analogy for reasons to not change the Constitution is comparing it to the rules of a game,  once you start the game the rules can&#x27;t be  changed.  Yet they&#x27;ve managed to change it.  It has to be brought back to the fore front of how we do business.</p>]]></description>
