I generaly do not watch Beck but I will look up info on it. I understand cities and towns are staring to cut back on spending with no funds available. Just seen where Chicago got downgraded on their bond rating. That will cut into the budget. Basicly running out of money to support the needs. Of course some of the needs are not necessary in my opinion.
