This is the same thing as, Stomach Stappling or similar...Why not create a MASK like the one, Actor: Anthony Hopkins uses in the movie: HANNIBAL...

And the mask is worn in the head and has a padlock behind your head in your occipital part, for people who are obese...Is kind of, Drastic/Radical but again whatever it takes to lose that, weight....

And only someone else can open it, LIKE A COMPANY SERVICE...And you CANT EAT UNLESS THE PADLOCK IS OPENED...
