This planet needs 2 satelites in Space, 1 in the darker side of the earth the other shun by sunlight....This satelites willl create like a wave mesh/net sonar to check for incoming meteors that enter the atmosphere and this way track where each meteor that enters the atmosphere will land that way it can be recovered for further studies....Or some kind of continental atmospheric sonar to track where each meteor that enters the atmosphere will land or where it lands...
