Of course most of the oil is still in the water. Who do they think they're kidding? CDC says you can eat the seafood as long as you don't see or smell the oil. Hmm....no mention of Corexit...guess that's all good for ya.

Thanks JAP! Sure looks like it. Oil 'evaporating' never made sense except for volatile chemicals within the crude. Also they were a very loooooong getting clean-up equipment in the gulf to have taken care of everything by now .... logic says anyway.

Looks like they are going to have time to do a long term ecological study on how long oil remains in ocean water based on the water conditions in the gulf. Put it down as an impact study in the event it occurs again.
