			<description><![CDATA[<p>I owe this to someone from the Dominican Republic: There needs to be a walking with ankle weights or wrist weights competition that pays money...The ankle weights OR wrist weights need to be very thinner and calibrated/inspected before the competition or a good chunk of people will collapse...<br /><br />Also:<br /><br />All ankle weights that you buy if you plan to wear it all day take 86% of the sand out of it and if you plan to walk everyday take between: 93% to 96% of the sand out of it, maybe more i dont know...<br /><br />... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="/blogentry/45154">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
