			<description><![CDATA[<p>A helmet that uses the same technology coin metal detectors bars use...But instead of showing the image it talks to the blind person through earphones...You could even use, Google Earth on the helmet like a tom tom car kind of thing...<br /><br />Can someone please email this to the respective authorities for i am busy....<br /><br />this is the stuff lotto fanatics who work with algorithms and math equations and geek mathematicians in gambling should be focusing on....<br /><br />SOME IDEAS AND SOME THOUGHTS:<br /><br />Movie industry hit hard by this recession???
