He probably got excited and couldn't control his movements. Hopefully in the near future, camcorders will come with stabilizers already installed in them. I've seen some videos on Youtube after the video was stabilized with some software, and it's a nice feature.

I don't believe it's the ISS for one reason alone. At 1:52 the object fades into the DARK clouds, and reappears again IN FRONT of the white clouds. If it was truly in space, we wouldn't be able to see the white clouds BEHIND the object. As the video progresses, it's even more clear that the object is going thru the clouds, not behind them.

Seen it... it's called the ISS or International Space Station. I've seen the same thing many times before, exactly like that. Usually it's at Dawn or Dusk, the best time to see it.
