			<description><![CDATA[<p>We are finding that some of the numbers are 1 away from the winning numbers; either +1 or -1 in the group-set of numbers: Repeat, Once, or Invert.<br /><br />If a group-set of numbers can be shifted left or right by either adding 1 or subtracting 1.<br /><br />Also, the 0 and 9 loop around when doing this shift.<br /><br />As an example, if the group-set were (0 1 2)-(3 4 5 6)-(7 8 9) and we added 1 to the set, it would become (1 2 3)-(4 5 6 7)-(8 9 0); where the 9 becomes 0 by looping back around.<br /><br />Likewise, if the group-set were (0 1 2)-(3 4 5 6)-(7 8 9) and we subtracted 1 to the set, it would become (9 0 1)-(2 3 4 5)-(6 7 8); where the 0 becomes 9 by looping back around.<br /><br />... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://blogs.lotterypost.com/jadelottery/2010/9/just-some-interesting-observations.htm">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
