Thanks JAP! We've already witnessed how well they've accounted who received TARP and 'Stimulus' funds .... you can bet this will be more of the same taxpayers money will be seized to pay for.

With the amount going to infrastructure jobs in these so called jobs bills make me wonder a couple things. For one how much is usualy budgeted for infrastructure work yearly? Number two is this money being voted for in these bills above and beyond the normal budgeted amount? Or is the normal amount not being budgeted and these special bills voted on to funds the work in the end.
