			<description><![CDATA[<p>I had forgotten these two elections were special elections.<br /><br />I have not seen any discussion on this in print or tv. Unless I missed it prior to taking note of it on Christines website last night.<br /><br />Those two elections are special elections and the winner will be sworn in when the election results become certified. Just after Nov 2.<br /><br />There are plans for the lame duck session for 20 bills to be cobbed to the public.
