actually i dont think the idea is wrong/bad, because, THEORETICALLY THEY SHOULD BE AT LEAST: 665,000 lotto winners around the world winners of: $3 Million dollars and up, EACH YEAR AROUND THE WORLD...At most: 1.8 Million lotto winners...JUST OF $3 MILLION DOLLARS AND UP....and that s with the $3 Million dollars lotto playing: TWICE A WEEK ONLY...

i say place it as an: Option thos that want to do it can do it....

actually the number is: 865,000 i just wrote: 665,000 to be modest plus the give or take part...That s AT LEAST EACH YEAR....
