Obama supposedly used a pocket veto, not full veto to kill this bill but Foreclosurefraud.org isn't so sure it is valid and will stick.

Coming up on elections we must bear in mind that both houses of congress are and have been controlled by Democrats. They've done such a wonderful job don't you think?????

Is it possible that the pocket veto is ineffective at this point and will this become law by default if the session stays open past Tuesday without any further action on the bill?
