Well ..... er .... no, actually. It seems that in ObamaWorld the law applies to whomever Obama thinks it should apply to ... and it doesn't apply to those Obama wants to skate free. That's the way we want it to work, right? The law is passed and goes on the books ... and then the president decides who has to obey and who doesn't. ......
