Yesterday marked the day that the retired NORAD officer claimed UFOS were going to hover over major cities around the world. In New York today, there were strange objects hovering over 23rd street and 8th avenue. Many people were looking up in the sky in amazement. Most likely they were balloons, however, one of the objects had a multiple clumped shape to it that hovered for 2 hours.
