A Global Powerball to go into OUTER SPACE in the, Nasa Space Shuttle onboard the, International Space Station OR MIR...It cost: $20 Million...A Global Powerball if it cost: $5 the ticket it will raise: $100 Million dollars x 8 = $800 Million dollars, divided by: $20 Million is = 40 twice a week, so 40 people will be the ones to travel twice a week...Would had been nice if it cost: $3 Million to $5 Million dollars the trip...

Also, how many people, IN THE WORLD, have Traveled to Israel to see, Jesus Birthplace...Why not an, PLANE TRAVEL TO ISRAEL GLOBAL PICK4.....

Example...You Pick $20 on Pick4, the $20 dollars are your shares...now $20 x 4 [for 25 cents of a dollar], well

$20 x 25 cents = 80...So you have 80 days for your number to play straight on Pick4...For every day that your number doesnt play, you lose: 25 cents of the $20, Each day you lose 25 cents off your share...Now if a lot of people got money on the number you picked let s say: 20,000 people each got, $20 on the same number you got: well that will be: 0.25 x $100,000 [for 20,000 x $20 = $100,000] it will be: $25,000 that is paid to the winner but the winner is paid based on how much shares he had on that number or how much he had left, x $200 dollars or the box payout of Pick4...So if someone had: $10 left on the winning number it will be: $10 x $200 = $2,000...Or something similar can be worked out....

The shares can be for a limited time meaning you can put money/shares on a number for a 4 month period and not more than 4 month....
