I do my best not to let it scintillate in public, but sometimes it gets loose and cuts a few pigeon wings across the dance floor before I can catch it and pen it back up. You are very right about cayenne pepper, it is very great stuff, for circulation, the heart, energy, sinus problems, etc, you name it, I almost forgot, it is also good for the immune system. Put some on your food every single day, in the long run you will be very very happy that you did. There is hardly anything at all better than cayenne pepper, forget about any other kinds of peppers, nothing beats cayenne, nothing. Very good post.

Thanks for the comment. I've always assumed all that pepper in my system was the reason mosquitoes don't bite me, but maybe it's something else. Maybe my scintillating personality. Or maybe it only works for non-jackpot mosquitoes. Jack

don't know about the mosquitoes Jack....Delhi is mosquito infested and the number of malaria and dengue cases is dangerously high desite the high content of chillies in most peoples diets!!Interesting stuff , chillies!!
