Also, there many other homes in the area near there. At some point we have to get a Prec and Soil Test done before can even build. For now we can use it as a camp site and could put up a Shed before we build. Something to house a boat or a pontoon; may be some other recreation equipment. It's zoned forestry with year round housing.
