Here is the dilema...i wasnt going to say anything, but letÂ´s say someone thinks about it..ThatÂ´s: 2 Billion people...I am sick and tired of emails getting deleted from my email as if someone had my password i dont even know if the emails i send gets to the person i wanted to send it to...IÂ´ve seen some stuff on tv, i rather take no chances...lets say someone interceps my emaill which can happen and it gets in the wrong hands...who should had known about it, do not know...While if i make it public SPECIALLY OF THIS MAGNITUDE the white house knowns and proper actions can be taken care of...... Costs: 25 cents per ticket...Now the: $500 that you win, you dont win them, you have to work for it, meaning...You win a 1 month job you dont win the, $500...When you win, you got to go and work for 1 month to win the: $500...Now the, $500 the person/boss/company was going to give you, instead, is donated to Charity, Research or to the lottery fund...

So if this Pick3 lottery makes: $20 Billion dollars a year in revenue it will really make: $40 Billion dollars a year in revenue...But you only work for 1 month...So if you want to continue working you got to continue playing and win...

So you are basically, applying for a job when you are playing that Pick3 Lottery...

Now let s say there were: 2,000 winners per drawing on this type of Pick3 per state and there are: 2 drawings per day...You deduct, $5 per win as tax...The Tax will generate: $7.3 Million dollars per year per state...$7.3 Million x 50 states = $365 Million dollars generated as Tax...Just from the $5 Tax...

Like for: beggars, the homeless, vagabonds...

Those: $365 Million dollars a year from the: $5 tax could be: Hawaii Lottery Revenue or American Samoa Lottery Revenue or Virgin Islands Lottery Revenue...
