Could shift your vote to a district of your choice depending on the election cycle coming up.<br /><br />http://countryvote.org/<br /><br />http://countryvote.org/dual.html<br /><br />To vote in New York State, you must be a U.S. citizen, and you must have been a resident of New York State and of the county, city, or village you want to vote in for at least thirty days before that election is held. (You also must not be in jail or on parole for a felony.)<br /><br />_________________________________________________________________<br /><br />I think the above I hi-lited in red needs to be clarified by a court.
