Jumping around reading this and that. Printing recipes. Then I was looking up fermenting oatmeal and came across where someone had a fermented oatmeal recipe containing (miso). Never heard of it before so I had to look it up to see what it was.

Quite an interesting product miso is as I see it. Maybe some of you use it.

This was the better definition I found. The health benefits is what inspired me on where to look to buy it locally.

Thought I would pass it along for those interested in health foods.
